I just completed my 90 day bootcamp and I can tell you I have never felt

I am in my 4th week of Better Body Bootcamp and have never felt so good.
I am over 60 and thought it would be too intense for my capabilities. The
trainers are so sensitive to what I am able to do and allow me to gradually
build my strength but I can see that I am so much stronger than some of the
young ladies just beginning their bootcamp.
It really makes me feel good to know I am getting stronger because I know if
my heart is strong I am increasing my life expectancy.

I am in my 10th week
of Better Body Bootcamp and can't believe how much weight I have lost. I
absolutely loved the Nutritional Evaluation and the detoxification cleanse I
went on. I have lost 35lbs of fat in nearly 3 months and my husband is so
pleased and complimentary about my progress. I can't say enough about this
program and how it has changed my life for the better. I own a gym

I just began my
Bootcamp and love the atmosphere. I love how it is private and just for
women and I like how Iget to learn how to use the machines and equipment and
what exercises to do for what muscles. I have only been here for 3 weeks and
already have lost one pant size. The Personal Trainers are great and very
professional. The bootcamp is fast paced but not too much that you don't
enjoy it. There are plenty of laughs and lots of 'feeling the burn' but when
the hour is up it really feels like a great workout.
I eat so much different now that I understand how my body works and what
foods help you lose weight. Great experience!..
